I’ll share more about Bison Builders and myself, while also getting to know you and understanding what matters most to you. This ensures my recommendations are tailored to your needs, aligning the right products with your budget and project scope for the best results.

During this step, I’ll conduct a comprehensive inspection of your property. If hail damage is the concern, I’ll start by examining the elevations—checking the siding, downspouts, windows, flashings, and personal property for storm-related damage. I’ll document everything with photos for your reference. Next, I’ll inspect the roof, including shingles and roofing accessories, to assess any hail damage and determine whether filing an insurance claim or opting for a repair is the best course of action.
For retail proposals on your roof or siding, I’ll still perform a detailed inspection to identify any potential problem areas we can address during the project. This includes walking the roof and elevations to ensure an accurate accessory count and a thorough understanding of your property’s needs.

At this stage, you’re either approved through insurance or have decided to move forward with our proposal—exciting times! Together, we’ll finalize the scope of work, locking in the specific products for your roof, siding, or windows. This includes selecting the perfect colors for each product to match your vision.
Once everything is decided, we’ll complete the necessary paperwork and submit the project details to our production team. Currently, our lead times are approximately 2-4 weeks for roofing and siding projects, and 6-8 weeks for windows. Let’s get your project on the schedule!
